Dani Netherclift lives in Geelong with her husband, two young children, and Jane the Maine Coone cat. She has been published in Meanjin, Cordite Poetry Review and Verandah Journal. She recently won first prize in Queenscliffe Literary Festival’s inaugural microfiction competition and was also in the top 10 of the 2018 Byron Writer’s Festival microfiction competition, as well as having her 7-word story selected by Queensland Writer’s Centre to be beamed onto massive billboards around Brisbane. She has upcoming work in Verity La and is currently working on a manuscript of elegiac poems.
