Thao is a storyteller, music producer (Thu Care) and dj (BB BAN GAS) that lives and creates on unceded lands of the Kulin Nation. As a non-Black person, she wants to acknowledge & pay respect to Black culture, Black music and its roots in slavery and oppression.
