Mandy Beaumont

Mandy’s is a writer, researcher and editor. Her first book, Wild, Fearless Chests was shortlisted for the Richell Prize and the Dorothy Hewett Award and a story from the collection won the MOTH International Short Story Award. She has been the recipient of numerous awards and residencies, and as well as teaching at Griffith University in Creative Writing, she is also a researcher at RMIT, where she is producing a novel of feminist fiction inspired by the work of Simone de Beauvoir.
