Emily Sun is a West Australian writer who lives on Whadjuk Noongar Boodja. Her works have been published in various journals and anthologies including Meanjin, Cordite Poetry Review, Australian Poetry Journal, Westerly and Growing up Asian in Australia. In 2018 she was the runner up in the Deborah Cass Prize for Writing and more recently, the recipient of fellowships at the Centre for Stories and the Katharine Susannah Prichard Writing Centre. Her debut poetry collection Vociferate| 詠 will be released next year by Fremantle Press.
