Christian Vega

For over twenty years, Christian has been a sex worker, an activist, a community health worker. He has contributed to many of the core structures and resources in the Australian sex worker rights movement, as well as establishing platforms that enable the visibility and voice of sex workers and allied communities. He has championed the inclusion of marginalised people – including people who use drugs, Indigenous Australians, LGBTIQA+ people – in the discussions of their lives and is currently based in Melbourne.
