Nic Alea is a queer poet with fellowship from the Lambda Literary Foundation and was voted one of SF Weekly’s “Best Writers without a Book.” Nic has work featured in journals such as Muzzle Magazine, the Paris American, decomP, Reservoir, BOAAT, Crab Fat and others. Along with writing, Nic works at a public library and is invested in documentation as a way to reclaim and integrate the fragmented self. Originally from California, they now live in Birraranga (Melbourne, Australia).
