Ali Alizadeh

Ali Alizadeh’s poetry and fiction have been described as ‘miraculous’, ‘harrowing’, ‘infuriating’ and ‘brilliant’. His books include the historical novel The Last Days of Jeanne d’Arc, the collection of poetry Ashes in the Air, and the collection of short stories Transactions. His new collection of poems, Towards the End, will be published by Giramondo Publishing in October 2019. He lives in Melbourne and is a Senior Lecturer at Monash University.
