Tutorial: How Not To Write a Picture Book with Sandi Parsons
In ‘How Not To Write a Picture Book’, children’s author Sandi Parsons covers the fundamentals of what to do—and what not to do—when writing picture books. She explains her own successes and failures, explains how to plan according to the 32-page layout, and the relationship between text and illustration.
Sandi appeared alongside Denise Chapman and Gabriel Garcia Ochoa on the Emerging at Any Stage panel at EWF20.
