From a black summer to a global pandemic to ongoing to the ongoing and necessary uprisings, 2020 has been a year that we won’t ever forget. For many, the feeling of living in crisis is not new and many will continue to live in crisis long after lockdowns are lifted.
Three writers will look at the year we’ve had so far to discuss the act of writing during crisis, and to ask: how can writing help us process everything that is happening in the world right now? And how can we better care for ourselves and for others – especially those who are most vulnerable to the impacts of crisis?
