Nicole Hayes is an award winning author and podcaster, and one-sixth of the all-female AFL podcast and radio show, The Outer Sanctum. Her books include One True Thing, awarded the Children’s Peace Literature Award, and acclaimed YA fiction The Whole of My World and A Shadow’s Breath, as well as non-fiction for kids and adults, including From the Outer (co-edited). Recently, she’s written for #MeToo: Stories from the Australian Experience (Pan MacMillan 2019), The Saturday Paper, The Guardian, and The Victorian Women’s Trust. She’s a sought after writing teacher and a Stella Prize in Schools Ambassador.
